Welcome to Cedar Court Care Centre

Cedar Court is a brand new care centre designed to provide residential care within 4 separate units. Cedar Court also has a separate Day Care Service.

Tempest House will cater for 12 General Residential Elderly residents (65 yrs & over).
Byron Lodge will cater for 12 Older persons with Dementia related illnesses (55 yrs & over).
Dalton Place and Seaton View are two separate units providing residential care for over 25 older persons who have needs that range from those who are frail elderly (65 years or over), those who have a physical disability 55 years and over, those who have dementia related illness 55 years and over and clients who have a mild to moderate learning disability 50 years and over.

It provides care and accommodation of the very highest standard and is the only Care Centre of its kind in County Durham.

Cedar Court is situated in the heart or Seaham close to local shops and adjacent to the main bus route. It is also very near to other facilities such as the local Community Centre, the Leisure Centre and one of the main Medical Centres.

The Centre enjoys panoramic views from most rooms over the extensive landscaped gardens and out to sea over the East Durham coastline.
